1. The service
Sayback provides personal event records, people management, promise tracking and a mood diary. The app is free to download, with some additional features available through Pro.
Available features are described in the released app and its purchase screen. Speech-to-text and automatic cloud backup are not currently provided.
2. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in the content you create. Using Sayback does not grant us permission to publish your private entries or use them in advertising.
When adding another person’s photos, voice or personal information, ensure that you have the necessary rights and comply with applicable law. Do not use the app for infringement, harassment or other unlawful activity.
Sayback stores user-provided information. It does not authenticate events or guarantee that records meet particular legal or evidentiary requirements.
3. Looking after your data
Business content is primarily stored on your device. Make backups before changing devices, clearing app data, uninstalling or carrying out major system changes.
We cannot recover lost local records that were not backed up or recover an encrypted backup password.
4. Paid features
Pro is planned to offer monthly, yearly and one-time purchase options. Available plans, prices and benefits are shown in the Google Play purchase screen.

5. Updates and service changes
We may release fixes, compatibility improvements and feature updates. Material changes affecting purchased benefits will be communicated appropriately and handled in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable law.
Device, system or third-party service issues may affect functionality. We provide support within reasonable limits and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
